Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for projects.
• Review and control project quantities and costs.
• Participate in bid preparation and construction contract documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Construction Economics, QS, or related fields.
• Experience in QS for construction/MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of norms, unit prices, and contracts.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
